On 01-07-2016 our mare Fata Morgana / Toyland Antigo gave birth to her first foal. After an elephant gestation of 12 months and 1 week, this beautiful small but finely built Falabella stallion foal was born. With the birth alarm in effect from mid-May, it was an anxiously long time. No doubt about the pregnancy, but anxiety about the long term. Nature has its own rules, it's finished when it's finished, and not before! But if you are used to (our) Falabella mares usually giving birth 14 days before the due date, waiting was a lesson in patience and confidence. On 01-07-2016 in the evening the time had come, and with a successful delivery, this Falabella stallion foal was born. At the duration of the gestation you expect a sturdy and larger foal, but nothing could be further from the truth. A head with a so desired disje as we recognize from the father, and with very fine legs. For now, with 2 light blue eyes in a silver gray coat. The name GUTXI, which you pronounce as Gucci, means "small" in Spanish, which will be an apt reference to its final size.
